Mortar/Concrete Mixer (MM-60)
Portability
To move the Mixer 60 grab hold here and it rolls just like a suitcase on wheels. The plastic bucket can be lifted by hand, or it can be rolled to the work area with the optional dilly.
Reliability
The fully enclosed motor is quipped with a thermal magnetic switch which provides both low voltage and over heating protection.
Gearbox Drive
The Mixer 60 is powerful and reliable, as the drive system is based upon IMER extremely successful direct drive gearbox motor combination.
Safety
The safety interlock system is an industry first. Raise the mixing paddles and the motor stops.
Production
The plastic batch bucket is formulated with a special wear resistant PVC compound. Each machine comes with two buckets, while one batch is being mixed, the other is being applied.
Labor Savings
Hand held drill motors are technology of the past. They are awkward, dangerous, wear out quickly and require the full attention of the operator. The Mixer 60 batches material automatically, freeing the operator for other duties. While the epoxy paddles thoroughly mix the stiffest materials.
